Yes, with these marks you can take admission in government colleges and secure a seat there but there might be some difficulty while getting a seat because each college has different criteria and even in each state there are different cutoffs. I would personally like to suggest you check for colleges in your state as you will get a seat under reserved quota and even you can check at NEET PREDICTOR. But yes you can take a seat in government college easily for that.
