- It all depends on what category you belong to and what reservation you have, whether you have state quota or not , but according to me as you have scored 533 marks which are decent marks so yes you have a fair chance to grab you a seat in government medical college.

We do not have 2018 cut offs data with us. But in general, cut offs go higher give or take by 25-40 marks. Going by that, if you belong to General Category, it is difficult. But you have fair chance if you belong to Reserved Categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
