According to aiims entrance exam eligibility criteria a student should have scored 60% in four main subjects aggregately to give aiims ug and having general or obc category. And 50% marks for sc/st category.

AIIMS MBBS is an entrance exam conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi for providing admissions to the MBBS programme in AIIMS Institutions.

For applying in the entrance exam you should have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects and must have scored minimum 60% marks for GEN/OBC & OCI Candidates (50% marks for SC/ST/OPH & Foreign Nationals Candidates) in aggregate in the four subjects.

Other Eligibility Criterias for appearing in AIIMS are :

• You must have minimum 17 years as on 31st December 2019.
• You must be the citizen of India and OCI & Foreign National candidates are also eligible.

Since you have scored 78.3% marks in aggregate of these four subjects, so you are perfectly eligible for giving AIIMS.
