First congratulations for you great score, As you know, Every year the cutoff will change because it depends on the various factors like No. Of students appeard in exam and the toughest level of exam and many more ..So, if you want appearing for bams you need to score 50 percentile (unreserved category )40 percentile( reserved category Sc/ st)
Your score is 540 ,which is considered as good marks for getting bams college, and you have a very good chance of getting BHU for BAMS..
Their are 50 seats for BAMS in BHU..
