Hey,

Last year the cut off for OBC category for government medical colleges under 85% State Quota in Uttar Pradesh was a rank of 15259. Your rank with 541 marks must be around 56000. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a government medical college in Uttar Pradesh.

However, you can get a seat in private colleges such as Sri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences Bareilly, Era's Lucknow Medical College, Rohilkhand Medical College and Hospital.
