Hello Aryan

Your NEET score is quite good.!

Based on it, you have good chances of getting a government college for medical course under 85% state quota seats. As per last year's cutoff range for admission in government colleges in Maharashtra under state counseling, here is the list of colleges that you can get on the basis of your NEET result:

  • LokManya Tilak Municipal Medical College - 551
  • Rajeev Gandhi Medical College, Thane - 527
  • BJ Govt Medical College, Pune - 553
  • Dr Vaishampayan Memorial Govt Medical College, Solapur - 535
  • Government Medical College, Miraj - 508
  • RCSM Government Medical College, Kolhapur - 505

The cutoff for admission changes every year depending upon factors like total number of applicants, total number of seats available under state counseling and related such. But your score is good enough to secure a seat in some good government medical Institute. You can visit the page to know the cutoffs of various other medical colleges for more information:

Hello aspirant!

Congratulations for doing good.

According to previous year cut offs, chances of getting a government medical college through state quota with a score of 555 is quire fair.

The colleges whose cut off was near to555 last year are:

Grant Medical College, Mumbai

Rajeev Gandhi College, Thane

Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur.

If there's a similar cut off seen this year, you can certainly get a seat.

Hello aspirant,

Ad per last year trend Shri Vasant Rao Naik Govt. Medical College, Yavatmal college of maharastra was alloted with the minimum marks of 400 under general category. So you have decent chances to get a government seat but cutoff is tend to slightly increase this year and also depends on category and state domicile. It is difficult to tell you exact chances but you may apply for state counselling.
