Hi Rajesh

You are scoring good marks but it is quite less to apply under all India quota as for that you need to score 600+ marks but you can apply for government medical college from your home state as possibilities are high to get a seat there . Seat allotment is divided into two parts 15% all India quota and 85% state quota and the cutoff for state quota is low as compared to that of all India quota  so chances are more under state quota ,talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
