You haven't mentioned your category which is vital because cut-offs vary among categories, anyway if you belong to General Category the chances are tough as previous year 605 marks with all india rank of 6768 secured a seat in ESI-MC & PGIMSR & Model Hospital, Rajaji Nagar(Bangalore), in case you belong to SC/ST you hold chances here,cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
