The cut off for admission in government medical colleges in Bihar that you're looking for are given below for the general category under the State quota for the previous year 2018. The marks have been higher this year. So if your rank ranges around this you seem to have a fair chance of admission here.

With a score of 575 in the general category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the above mentioned institutes when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 533 or above for a seat in Dharbanga medical college, 538 in Indira Gandhi institute of medical sciences and 552 in Patna Medical College. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
