In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
Dear at your score you can definitely get a government college but it's difficult to get a MBBS government collage at Delhi. You can get government BAMS college and all other type colleges.
In my opinion you should apply toll last round.
