Based in your present percentile your probable general rank will be 437,585 - 477,585 estimating the total number of students appearing for April JEE Mains is 1152650. Based on your present rank you might not be eligible for JEE Advanced as well.
Sorry to inform you sir that you getting into a government college is very difficult as per the previous years cutoff if you belong to the general category. If you belong to reserved category you might get into a government college but your choice of branch is not guaranteed. To know more about the cutoff for previous years please follow the link below:-

Hello Aspirant,
Thanks for contacting Careers360.
After considering the JEE Main percentile, your probable rank will be 437,585 - 477,585 . With this much rank/percentile I doubt that you will make it to any Government College.
But don't loose hope. The National Test Agency NTA will declare the combined result of both the JEE main exam (1st which was held in January and 2nd which is going to be held in April) after the declaration of result of 2nd exam i.e. April 30. The Colleges under JEE Main will declare their respective cutoffs afterwards. So you have to wait as of now.
But you can get an idea using the previous year cutoffs. I am providing you a link wherein you can get the previous year cutoffs.

Meanwhile prepare for other engineering exams.
Hope this helps.
