I have scored 60.5 percentile in xat 2019. Which institutes can i apply?

60.5 is a little on the lower end of percentiles for any top B School in India through XAT. However, a few colleges you can try for are:

The only institute i was interested in was IMT Hyderabad but they sent me a call letter of IMT DUBAI. Should i consider myself to be not eligible? Altough the XAT pathfinder was showing high chance of call.
