Yes you will surely get a government college this year.
Because till now more than 5170 MBBS seatshave been added for coming session 2021-22.
These seats will be available for admission for all those candidates who have successfully qualify NEET UG 2021.
So if we go by last year's data, cutoff was around 16k .
So this year it can go up to 18k in all india quota so you have fair chances of getting a seat.
