I have scored 611 in ME paper in GATE 2019, in which colleges can I expect to get admission for mtech.

It is good score in gate ME.
You have lot of chansches to get admission in some popular IIT and NIT for M tech .
IIT like kanpur ,kKHARAGPUR , VANARAS ,DHANBAD , RUDKI ,PATNA etc
And some best Nit like nit suratkal, warangal , tirchi, hydrabad etc

Your score is good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to the medium ranked IITs such as IIT Kanpur, IIT Varanasi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Patna,etc and some higher ranked NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal,etc.You can check for Colleges on Careers360 Gate College Predictor.
