i have scored 61.56 percentile in cat n i belong to st category. Is there any chance?

Greetings.
As the cut off score of some good Institutes such as IIM for ST categories varies between 60 to 70. There is a 50-50 chances for good Institutes like IIM based on cut off score of this year.
However, you can take admission in other Institutes having lower previous year cut off than this.
