Dear Himanshu,
A Candidate of State-SC category with 52 marks (Rank 21617) got a seat in NUSRL, Ranchi in the very first round of the counselling, as you have scored 62 marks it means you have very good chance of getting a seat in the NUSRAL, Ranchi. I hope it helps! Best of luck!
