Hey,

Some of the colleges are that you are eligible for apply:

Banaras Hindu university

Bundelkhand university

PDM University

Parul university

Shiv Nadar University

Hansraj college

St. Stephen college

Jaipur national university

And many of the colleges you have to apply.

Yes Sagar you can apply for BS.c but depends  in which subject you want because aggregate marks differ for each subject in BS.c like for Maths it is 50%,for English 60-65% depending on the college. The minimum aggregate required is for 12th is 50%.you may not get a very good college but You can try for different state colleges,they are also good.Getting 65% in 12th can a bit difficult for your admission but once you start hard work ,it will pay off.Best wishes
