Hello. Sorry to say but being from open category, you have no chances of getting good engineering colleges through your marks. It is very less. You can go for some private engineering colleges which conduct their own entrance exams. These exams are actually very easy. You can easily secure good rank if you have good control over the basics. Atlast the college you get in does not make who you are but it is you who is going to do the hard work and determine who you are.
