i have scored 65.17 percent in 12th boards (sc category) by considering marks out of 500 my score will be 63.4..am i eligible for getting admission into IITs or NITs??

Hello there,
The admissions into IITs and NITs are on the basis of the percentile secured in JEE( JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION). Without giving JEE MAINS exam, you will not get admission in any engineering college.
The eligibility criteria of JEE MAIN is to have 65% (sc\st category) in your 10+2.
