i have scored 66% of class 12th with the subjects physics chemistry and biology is am getting govt seat in B.sc nursing
Hello Aspirant!
The basic eligibility criteria for getting admission in B.Sc. Nursing course is that you should have passed your 10+2 level with minimum 45% aggregate marks (55% for GENERAL candidates in top govt. institutes like AIIMS) with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective from a recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or any other equivalent Board.
Also, you must have completed 17 yrs. of age by the end of year in which admission is sought (required by some institutes).
So, with 66% aggregate marks and PCB (+1 language subject, preferably English) as your subject combination studied in Class 12th, you will be eligible to apply for govt. nursing institutes. Individual entrance exams are conducted by the respective states/universities to grant admission in their B.Sc. Nursing programs. Some of the top UG nursing entrance exams for govt. institutes are as follows :-
1. AIIMS Nursing (B.Sc./M.Sc.) entrance exam
2. BHU Nursing entrance test
3. JIPMER Nursing entrance exam
4. MH-CET (for govt. colleges in Maharashtra like Grant Medical College, BJ GMC etc.)
5. IPU-CET etc.
You can check the concerned official websites to know more about them.
