I'll answer your question presuming you entered 2020 instead of 2021 in the year field.
AIIMS is one of the most competitive MBBS institutes, and you must have an All India Rank of 1500 or less to be admitted. It also depends on the category you fall into, but based on your category and rank, there's a strong possibility you'll wind up in one of these AIIMS.
I am, however, writing down the category-wise cut-off marks for one of the AIIMS (AIIMS, Jodhpur) of NEET 2020 for your reference.
Keep in mind that the cutoff is projected to be lower this year than in 2020.
