Hey,
In wake of Corona virus pandemic, HRD Ministry has announced that the IITs have removed the mandatory 75 percent marks in 12th boards from the list of  it's eligibility criteria. Now,students with less than 75 percent will be eligible for JEE Advance. It is important to note that this decision was taken because CBSE could not conduct all the examinations.
As of now, this announcement has been made for 2020,so whether this announcement will be applicable in 2021 is still not known.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
