Well, 68 percentile is a good score for you as you have more preferences than other categories since you belong to SC category.
The counseling for coep is conducted by DTE maharashtra. Admission to BTech programme in COEP is based on MHT CET score, followed by MHT CET Counselling,
For male candidates,
Cut off marks is around 1 2k-14k
For female candidates,
CuT off marks is around 12k-22k
However this cutoff is not so accurate ,it depends on some factors, which has a fluctuating graph year to year.

With a 60-70 percentile in JEE Main 2021, you can get admission to popular B.Tech colleges. The applicants must score a minimum of 50% of marks in Class 12th to be eligible for the admission process. If required, the candidates may be also required to clear the institute-level entrance exam.

- LPU, Phagwara - 1.2 lp semester
- NIMS, Jaipur - 60k p.a
- Chandigarh University, Chandigarh- 2.1 lakh per semester

- SVIET, chandigarh- 89k p.a
- KIIT University, Bhubaneswar- 1.5 lpa
- And many more are there but these are best of them.
