Thanks for asking your query, since your percentage and Percentile are considerebly low for good govt institute like NITs and IITs but there are certain state government college which take admission with such performance,I also suggest you to apply in other private colleges.

Actually the percentile of 67% is little bit of very low first of all chances of getting iiit and nit both chances are very low and where as reputed engineering college chances will be very less and also it will be vary based on category as well so for more information please give your category
