It would be tough the exact prediction about the admission possibilities as first time JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA. Based on your percentile your expected rank will be around 2,62,340, with this rank the chances are less to get a seat into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. This is only the prediction.

As you know that this time two exams will be conducted and best of the two will be considered, so as of now it's quit hard to say either you will get a good college or not. But, considering the previous statistics I can say that you can expect admission in IIIT. But final call is possible only after the second exam.
