I am sorry a score of 74 under general category does not qualify for getting into clat because cut off for this year is expected to go very high and you won't stand a chance had it been a paper like that of 2015 there might have been some chances . Though You can try for colleges that except clay score for admission like UPES dehradun or can take a drop year.
