I have scored 76.54 percentile in February session JEE mains exam of 2021,what colleges are available for me for doing CSE BTech?

Assuming you are a General/OBC Aspirant  I dont believe youll secure a seat in any of the Goverment Colleges through JEE Main, witg a Percentile of 76.34. Even if youre a SC/ST Candidate, youll have extremely negligible chances at NITs, GFTIs or IIITs.

Maybe still you may secure a seat somehow in CSAB or Spot Round of Counselling, maybe in your Home State GFTI, but definitely never for CSE.

I would suggest you to target your State Engineering Colleges accepting JEE Main Scorecard for Counselling as well as Private Colleges accepting JEE Main. You have good chances of securing a seat in any of two. Do keep an eye on your respectice State Engineering Counselling, once Final JEE Main Results are released.
