Hey Varsha

The cutoff rank in BVB Engineering college Dharwad is around 50000 in ST category. With your marks (assuming you are a girl from karnataka itself) you can get a rank below 40000 hence iit is highly possible that you will get a seat in BVB Engineering College. Since you belongto ST category your fees can go as low as 27 thousand for one full year. All the best.
