I have scored 85% in 12th exam and 80%in PCM and 257 marks in BITSAT can i am eligible for direct admission in bits pilani

No there is no direct admission in bits ; only some special ( like topper of state or students of bits school ) is possible to get .
You have to go through BITSAT entrance exam and with this 257 score ; it is not possible to get bits ( any of 3 campuses.).
So you should go with some other college .
