There are few tips you need to follow:

JEE Main Chemistry is often considered as the easiest section of JEE Main examination. Focus on Organic Chemistry and reactions. The key to scoring well in this subject is knowing organic chemistry. Answer a mock test every day. The key to cracking JEE is solving as many mock tests and previous year papers. Make your own notes and write down important concepts in a Notebook. Proper time management is very important, as said earlier Chemistry is scoring but accuracy and speed play a major role in that.

On the basis of your percentile it is clear that in comparison of  other subjects, you chemistry is a little weak. To improve your score, you first must focus on the weak topics in which you make mistakes the most and then try to clear the concepts first from NCERT and the study material you referred earlier on. Try not to refer to different study materials and focus on the same study material and increase your efficiency in that. Also, make sure to practice a lot of questions, previous year questions and identify you weak points.
