With a percentile of 88.2 it is difficult to get CSE branch in NIT , IIIT and other colleges because the cutoff for CSE is within 6000-8000 for most of the colleges. Alternatively you can write other state run competitive exams to get admission in colleges  such as RV, KIIT, VIT and others and get CSE branch. If you want CSE in top tier colleges with lower rank you can try applying through management quota though I would not recommend it as the fees would be very high.
