Those are pretty good scores.. I suggest you to write cat exam and join iim for mba which will boost your career.you can crack cat with hard work I think so you can do it Iam telling based on your grades  till now

You have a very decent profile with good academic records and work experience. You need to know that every top reputated college after MBA exams makes up a merit list to call students for next intetview and WSAT round based on your aggregate score which comprises of many factors such as CAT marks, 10th 12th and graduation percentage, work experience which has different weightages for different colleges.

With your decent profile you will get additional marks in your aggregate score. Now to get a call you need to aim to score high percentile in MBA exams.



If you are appearing in various MBA exams this year then you know that very less time is left for CAT and other MBA exams so you need to brush up on your basics and give up lots of online mock test and analyse their solutions which will help you in overcoming your mistakes and come up with a strategy to attempt your paper which will definitely help you in improving your marks and percentile.



You need to score above 99.67 percentile in order to get a call from top 3 IIMs and above 98 percentile to get calls from old IIMs. Getting above 95 percentile can get you calls from all New IIMs. For other private colleges also you need to aim for a high percentile so that you can get a call for second round. After that your conversion will depend on how you perform in interview and WSAT round becuase these two marks along with MBA exam marks have the highest weightage in final merit list which is used to call students for admission.

So if you want to pursue your career in MBA then you should prepare for those exams - CAT, XAT, GMAT etc. IIM'S are best b schools all over our country.  & if you can go to abroad, & able take MBA degree over their, this will be best. But if you're staying in india, then target for only IIM'S (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta)..
