I have scored 90.67 percentile in jee mains 2019 and has appeared for JEE advanced what is my chances of getting a NIT or IIIT?

If you had got 90.67 percentile in Jee mains 2019, then, on the basis of your jee main marks, you cannot get a college of NIT. As NIT had a very high cutoffs, so according to your rank, it's impossible to get an NIT. You can wait for your Advance result, and think accordingly.
With this score, you have no or very less chance of getting into NIT or IIIT. However, you are available with a lot of options like Thapar University and etc.
Do not worry as your performance in college will be the main deciding factor. So, choose the most optimum college with your rank and work hard to get an amazing result.

According to your percentile in jee mains 2019,your general rank will be close to 1.1lakh and you have very less chance to get seat in any good NIT or IIIT but you may get seat in lower NITs like-
