Your rank (CRL) is to be calculated by following formula:
rank= (100-percentile)* Total no of student appeared in exam/100
As per the formula, your CRL rank is coming out to be 81052 approximately, where total no. of student appeared in the exam is 869010 . As per previous year trend your OBC rank is in the range of 25000 - 30000 .
With this rank you may get NITs with the help of home state quota and as you mentioned you belong to OBC, you may get good branches also. But getting VNIT Nagpur is really challenging as the competition is really high now-a-days.
