Mumbai University has announced the Mumbai University 2018 eligibility criteria along with releasing the application forms on June 1, 2018. MU has common eligibility criteria for Mumbai University admission 2018 for each undergraduate programmes. The basic eligibility criteria for B.A, B.Com and B.Sc programs of MU 2018 mentions that a you must have cleared the Class 12 or equivalent examination by a recognised board of education in Science, Commerce or Arts discipline.
B.Com in accounting and finance is a three year undergraduate course.
For B.Com(in accounting and finance), the eligibilty criteria would be -
(a) A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree course shall have passed XII std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate at first attempt (40% in case of reserved category).
(b) Every candidate admitted to the degree course in the constituent/affiliated college/recognized institution, conducting the course, shall have to register himself/herself with the University.
So if you fulfill this, you are quite eligible for the mentioned course. Mathematics is not a compulsion.
