Linkedin is a best website here you find all professional people of your domain and your dream company imagine your dream company is google and in google 1 lac people work here you find all you can connect him and ask for a referral or ask for a opening .believe me all people are very friendly as we think.. every company employees are on linkedin .you can easily get mail of him from his /her profile after accepting connection request
