First of all must mention your category in which you have got 93 percentile score in JEE mains 2020.
Now assuming that you belong from general category then there is a very low chance that you can get any NITs or iiits. But if you belong from home state of certain nits then by applying your home state quota then you can easily get some of the Nits like NIT Sikkim, NIT mizoram, NIT Puducherry, nit hamirpur, etc. in all these nits you can get civil engineering and in nit Sikkim you can get computer science engineering, but the condition is that you must belong grin home state quota.
Otherwise if you belong from other state then you have no chance to get a seat in good Nits.
And with 93 percentile you cannot get top nits like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Delhi etc even if you belong from home state quota.
And also there is very negligible or no chance for you to get any iiits
