At this rank you would be getting NITs but you might have to compromise with your rank as it'll be extremely difficult for you to get more demanded branch. And in case of IIIT, your chances of getting IIIT are moderate. You might get IIIT with your desired branch.

The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But with this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
