i have scored 94 percent in PCM in CBSE but got 57 percentile in JEE and 92 percentile in MHTCET which colllege should i apply

There are many good institutes that accept your Jee Score for admissions.
Some of them are:
LNMIIT Jaipur
Jaypee university
Indraprastha university
Thappar University etc.
