I have scored 95% overall.with 94 in English and Economics and 95 in Accountancy and Business studies.After 10th i had not opted for Math

Unfortunately no you can't take admissions in the college's of the university of Delhi, New Delhi for pursuing Bachelor's in economics honours or even bachelor's in commerce because you did not had mathematics as a subject in class 12th and it is compulsory for a student to have mathematics as a subject to apply to the University for pursuing these courses. You can see other courses which do not require mathematics and other central Universities in new Delhi like Jamia millia .
