I have scored 96.27 percentile pcm in mhtcet(oms candidate)..can i get a good college...is this a good score?

Yes, it is a very good score for an Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidate.
With this rank, you can get a lower branch in VIT Pune and VJTI Mumbai but you will not be able to get the Top colleges like COEP Pune, PICT Pune, ICT Mumbai or WCE Sangli because you need to secure a rank below 5,000 if you are from an UNRESERVED category i.e. you are from the GENERAL/OPEN category.
You can also apply for MHT CET 2019 counselling as well.
