Definitely, you can get a good college at this percentile, but we can't definitely say that you will or will not get COEP.

I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of the first round of CAP Process on the following link.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, L-Ladies, TFWS, etc), category

It would be easy if you go according to the marks obtained to look for cutoffs.
