There are chances of your admission in the IP University. As you have secured a good rank. Wait for the official cut off release and then you can apply accordingly for the admissions. You can also search for other institutes as an alternative.
Depends on your category whether you are from delhi or outside delhi. General or not.any other quota like defence or sikh minority.
If we assume you are a general with outside delhi you will not get any top college unless some miracle happens.
