See it is little bit difficult to guide you with the exact name of colleges because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as number of candidates appearing in an examination, number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of paper and so on.
But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have very low chances of getting into some Government Medical Colleges of UP but yes you have good chances for Private colleges and Deemed Universities.
