I have scored general rank 366in icar ug exam with obc category rank 149. Is their a chance of getting good college. I had pcb. And i am from bihar.

Yes, you can get a good college if you have 366 rank. I cannot state here accurately because the cutoff tends to change every year due to the difficulty level of the paper and the no of people who take the exam but it is sure that you will get a decent college at this rank. And at 149 ranks from OBC you will definitely be going to get a college of your wish. I am listing down the names of some good colleges which you can easily get at this rank.
