If you're aiming to pursue ca ultimately then it won't matter for you which college of du you take. Also du take admission on the basis of your best 4 percentage and not on your aggregate percentage. Also matters the course you want to pursue. I am assuming if you're aspiring to fo ca you will pursue for bcom hons. With 82% you may get some off campus colleges in du. Even your category matters the most, if you belong to general category it won't be possible for you to get good colleges but u might get if you belong to reserved category.

For more details check the official website of the DU www.du.ac.in and check the cutoffs of previous year get a clear idea regarding the colleges you get according to your percentage.

I see that you are preparing for CA as well. So, you should get admission in Du SOL if you want to concentrate on both your CA preparation as well as your Bachelor's degree equally.

You can get admission in B.COM in Delhi University School of Open Learning.

Also, if you want to take admission in regular college of DU then you can also do that.. at 82% you can get good colleges as well. It all depends on the cut off list.
