Dear candidate,

As you want to appear in 2020 neet you have much time to prepare for the exam.

First complete with the all syllabus from 11 and 12 for all subjects from basic to whole book. After that use the reference books for neet for different subjects. For the books recommendation here is the link you can follow:

And as before the 3 4 months of exam, start attempting moaks and full analysis of it.
