Congratulations on qualifying NEET-2019 With a good score. Yes you can get a government College seat as if you go through you domicile state counselling. As state quota of 85% will be helpful To land you up in government College but with lesser chance of MBBS or BDS you can try for other Courses.

With a score of 392, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges in all India quota, when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 450 or above remained to be a safe zone for SC category under the all India quota. Thus, it is better to apply in your home state itself.
