I have scored quite low marks in jee mains but hoping to score good in mhtcet I m going to participate in josaa counseling but if this happen that I took admission in a college that I got through jee mains but there is a possibility that I will get a very nice college through CET then what shld i do

It's simple. You need to cancel your admission in the college which you get through JoSAA. After that you can get admission to a college which you get through MHTCET. There is no problem to cancel admission in a college. But the concerned authority may deduct some amount of admission fee in order to cancel your admission in that particular college.
