Hey,

Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of students and the number of seats available.

Keeping this in mind, based on previous year data with 558 marks you may get a rank between 43422-50021. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp

Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you belong to unreserved category. Last year the cut off for UR under All India Quota was a rank of 15083. In 2020, this corresponded to 617-608 marks. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you to get a government medical college.

However, you can get private medical colleges. To get a complete list of colleges in which you can get MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you have secured 558 marks in neet 2021 and taking into consideration that you belong to general category so let me tell you that it's difficult to predict the exact situation.

But yes you should apply through state quota because that would be beneficial for you. Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
